Duck Upon Rock Productions is an award-winning documentary production company based in Sligo in the West of Ireland, crafting films that feature powerful global and Irish stories. Having gained success at international film festivals, our films have been broadcast worldwide, including on RTE, Amazon Prime, Aer Lingus and Tubi.

Staying curious and open-minded we are always looking for unique and powerful stories. Through storytelling with purpose our films act to inspire, raise awareness and promote change. We have a strong focus on raising awareness around environmental issues, climate change and social issues, as well as a passion for human interest stories across a broad range of topics.

With full production capabilities in-house, we are dynamic and nimble in our approach. Bringing films to life all the way from idea right through to the final distribution to reach the widest audience possible, through both online and traditional broadcasting. We have some really exciting projects currently on our slate and in development and we are looking forward to sharing more soon!
